Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ram Babu Jhalani

Mr. Ram Babu Jhalani has completed Bachelor Degree – Civil Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur in 1982 and possesses wide experience in Construction of Infrastructure, Tall Structure, Power Transmission, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects in India and abroad.

He possesses more than 40 years of experience in specialized Civil Construction and Project Management and has been a Former Executive Vice President with Unitech Limited and was associated with them for more than 24 years before joining Bygging India Limited in 2010.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nishchal Kala

Mr. Nishchal Kala has completed MBA Finance, Bachelor Degree of Law & Commerce and he is also a qualified fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
 
Over Ten Years of experience in Financial Accounting, Project Management, Corporate Finance & Strategy, Private Equity Investment & Acquisition, Financial Analysis, Financial & Technical Due Diligence, Job Controlling, Budgeting & Risk Management, FEMA & MCA Compliances, Foreign Transactions & hedging, Working Capital Management including external commercial borrowings.
 
Mr. Nishchal had joined the Organization in year 2015 as the Company Secretary and now heading the Finance Department of the Company.
President - Project

Mr. Ravindra Shah

Mr. Ravindra Shah has completed his Bachelor of Technology – Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1978 and possesses more than 45 years of professional experience in Civil Construction and Telecommunications Projects in India and abroad.

He has hands-on experience in Project, Planning & Construction Management, Slipform Technology, Heavy lifting and Quality Control including Commercial tendering and has executed several slip forming projects of silos, chimneys, TV towers, building shafts, prilling towers and may more in India & abroad.

Prior his joining with Bygging India Ltd., Mr. Ravindra Shah had worked in Government Public Sector organisations, for about 34 years in different capacities & was Head of the Commercial (Tendering) Department.

Mr. Ravindra Shah has joined the organization in 2012 and is leading the Planning, Design & Engineering, Slipform and Quality Control operations of the organisation.

President – Business Development & Marketing

Mr. Sharad Kumar Asthana

Mr. Shared Kumar Asthana holds Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College (NIT), Uttar Pradesh in 1985 and Postgraduate Diploma in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, in 2009.

Mr. Asthana had extensive knowledge and experience in Business Development, Market Expansion, Costing and Order Negotiation, Marketing Intelligence and Techno-Commercial bidding for Cooling Tower, Concrete Chimneys, Silos & Civil works in India and Overseas.

Mr. Asthana had joined the Organization in year 2011 and has been leading the Business Development and Marketing Department since then.
